WVU to hold December commencement exercises Dec. 18

WHAT: Nearly 2,700 West Virginia University students are expected to graduate in two ceremonies.

WHEN: Saturday, Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

WHERE: WVU Coliseum, Morgantown Campus

WHO: WVU President Gordon Gee will address the graduates along with Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Maryanne Reed.

NOTES:

      o   Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources

      o   College of Law

      o   College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences

      o   Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design

      o   School of Dentistry

      o   School of Medicine

      o   School of Nursing

      o   School of Pharmacy

      o   School of Public Health

Media: Videographers, photographers and reporters should enter the Coliseum at the Country Roads gate. A section of media seating will be available inside the Coliseum.

A downloadable photo gallery will be available to media and updated throughout the weekend.

Parking: Parking is free at the WVU Coliseum; overflow lots are available behind the Creative Arts Center.

Face masks are recommended but not required and WVU’s Clear Bag Policy will be in effect.
