An Army
ROTC Commissioning Ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 9 in
the Mountainlair
Ballrooms.
International Student Graduate Recognition is planned at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 9 at the Erickson Alumni Center.
The Honors College Medallion Ceremony (invitation only) will also be held Thursday, May 9 at 6 p.m. at the WVU Creative Arts Center.
The Air Force ROTC Commissioning Ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 10 in the Mountainlair Ballrooms.
PARKING: Free parking is available at the WVU Coliseum and at additional parking lots on the Evansdale Campus for ceremonies at the Coliseum and Creative Arts Center. Parking is limited but overflow lots are available beyond the Creative Arts Center. Handicap accessible parking is available but limited at each venue. A valid ADA placard must be displayed.
WVU’s PRT service ends for the summer at 10:15 p.m. Friday (May 3) and will not be operational during Commencement weekend.
MEDIA: Media coverage is encouraged throughout Commencement Weekend. Videographers and photographers should identify themselves and show the proper media credentials when they arrive at each venue. A section of media seating will be available at the Coliseum near the Blue Gate.
