WHAT: Rank One Computing, a provider of facial, object and text recognition algorithms to U.S. military, law enforcement, and commercial organizations, will celebrate the opening of its new West Virginia office located within the Vantage Ventures space at West Virginia University with a ribbon cutting ceremony
