WVU moves to all remote delivery for Morgantown campus until noon Monday, Jan. 25

West Virginia University will move on-campus instruction on the Morgantown campus online until noon Monday (Jan. 25) due to inclement weather and road conditions. Classes already offered online and those in hybrid form will also continue as planned. Students on clinical rotations should check in with their program directors for additional guidance. The remainder of the University, including dining, buses and COVID-19 testing, will operate on a normal schedule.

WVU provides updates ahead of spring semester, which begins Jan. 19

The spring semester begins on Tuesday, Jan. 19, and West Virginia University is sharing details to help students, faculty and staff stay safe and abide by the University’s guidance to protect the campuses and surrounding communities from the spread of COVID-19. The campus community is invited to join a Return to Campus Conversation on Thursday, Jan. 14, from 10-11:30 a.m. to hear from administrators and public health experts and ask them questions.

Starbucks at The Market @ UPlace temporarily closed due to COVID-19 exposure

The Starbucks location at The Market @ UPlace temporarily closed today (Oct. 15) after West Virginia University was notified of a COVID-19 exposure at the storefront. WVU immediately implemented its safety protocols, initiating a deep cleaning of the space. Starbucks plans to reopen on Sunday, Oct. 25.
