WVU Extension 4-H’ers to host drone demonstration for lawmakers at Capitol

WHAT: Special drone demonstration for lawmakers and other leaders in conjunction with WVU Day at the Legislature

WHO: West Virginia University Extension 4-H Tech Changemakers who will share their experiences teaching digital skills to fellow West Virginians and show lawmakers and other guests how to operate a drone. WVU Dean of Extension and Engagement Jorge Atiles will open with a brief introduction. 

WHEN: Tuesday, Jan. 25, noon to 1 p.m.

WHERE: Capitol Rotunda, second floor (Kanawha River exit), State Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston

NOTES: Short remarks will begin at noon, followed by drone demonstrations and a chance for lawmakers and other leaders to interact with the 4-H Tech Changemakers and WVU Extension representatives.
