2019 FallFest credentials and event guidelines

WHAT: FallFest, West Virginia University’s 25th annual free, welcome back concert for students

Additional information is available at https://www.events.wvu.edu/fallfest-2019 

WHEN: Gates will open Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 4 p.m. with FallFest set to begin at 5 p.m. FallFest is expected to conclude at 9:30 p.m. Both events are rain or shine.

WHO: Performances by Jon Bellion (5 p.m.), Gucci Mane (6:30 p.m.) and Louis the Child (8 p.m.)

WHERE:  Evansdale Rec Fields adjacent to the Student Rec Center

CREDENTIALS/MEDIA CHECK-IN:
Any member of the media who would like to take photos and/or video of the artists on stage must submit a request for credentials by today (Aug. 19) at 5 p.m.

  • Media check-in will be located at Gate 2 - Rec Center Drive between the Student Rec Center and the CPASS building. 

PARKING: Free parking will be available beginning at 3 p.m. in WVU Short Term Lot ST9 across from the Art Museum and in WVU Short Term Lot ST1 off Patteson Drive. 

ROAD CLOSURES: Rec Center Drive – Tuesday, Aug. 20 at noon to 12 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21
