When it comes to keeping the lines of communication open after a divorce, West Virginia University researchers Jonathon Beckmeyer and Jessica Troilo say you can have far too much of a good thing. Their study of 708 divorced parents of children under 18 shows even innocuous chitchat between divorced co-parents can put kids’ well-being at risk.

Reynolds Hall, transformative learning and research complex at WVU, opens for business

Reynolds Hall, the futuristic 186,000-square-foot complex set to transform learning and research in higher ed, is officially open for business. The new home of the West Virginia University John Chambers College of Business and Economics, Reynolds Hall held its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony Friday (Aug. 26) with its namesakes, Bob and Laura Reynolds, on hand.
