The West Virginia University Personal Rapid Transit system will be closed to passenger service starting at 8 p.m. next week (Nov. 13-17) to accommodate phase II modernization testing.

The University will provide bus support during the suspended PRT hours.  Buses will operate on a continuous loop from 8 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. to all PRT locations except for Walnut Street.

As part of this modernization effort, the PRT schedule change will provide additional time for the vendor to meet key milestone targets before the holidays.
