First-year engineering student William Keefe from Collegeville, Pennsylvania, won first place in the Entrepreneur Pitch Contest hosted by West Virginia University’s LaunchLab, which will provide Keefe with a $1,500 award to use toward the development of his idea.

WVU School of Pharmacy receives reaccreditation

The West Virginia University School of Pharmacy’s Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) professional program recently received continued accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). The accreditation is valid until 2025—a full eight years, which is the maximum length of time for ACPE’s accreditation.
