A dedication ceremony will celebrate the completion of upgrades to the Davis College’s poultry research feed.
The West Virginia University Department of Forensics and Investigative Science will be hosting an open house celebrating the department’s first 20 years. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 25 starting at 10:00 a.m.

The WVU Institute of Water Security and Science, in collaboration with the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design and the WVU Media Innovation Center, will host a seminar led by Michael Hoffmann. The seminar, titled “Climate Change and Our Changing Menu,” is free and open to the public.
Students and faculty across various disciplines and colleges will have the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas, cutting-edge inventions, working prototypes and unique business ventures throughout the day. Demo Day’s focal event will be a Student & Faculty Expo on the fifth floor of the Evansdale Crossing from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
U.S. Congressman Ro Khanna, of California’s 17th Congressional District, will meet with WVU Tech and WVU representatives on campus Monday (April 23) to discuss STEM education and industry in West Virginia.
West Virginia University College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences will host a discussion about optimizing performance in D1 football. Coach Mack Brown and Dr. John Ivy, both leaders in their fields, will review their unique partnership in combining coaching and the science of sport. The event is free and open to the public.
More than 500 students of the Greek community are registered to participate in 23 service projects around Morgantown.
