WVU president to head to mountain counties, others for next stops on ‘Welcome Home Tour’

WHAT: West Virginia University President Michael T. Benson will travel to Hampshire, Hardy, Marion, Morgan, Pocahontas and Webster counties as he nears the end of his “Welcome Home Tour” of the Mountain State.

NOTES: After these stops, President Benson will have officially visited 48 West Virginia counties. He is scheduled to complete his tour, which started in the weeks after he became the University’s 27th president last July, before Commencement Weekend May 15-17 in Morgantown.
