WVU to mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day with annual breakfast

WHO: Members of the University and Morgantown communities 

NOTES: The event is free, but tickets must be reserved here to attend.

Tiffany Dena Loftin, a union leader and community organizer, will be the keynote speaker for the 2025 WVU MLK Unity Breakfast. As the AFA-CWA senior campaign lead, she currently oversees the campaign to unionize 28,000 Delta Airlines flight attendants and serves as the higher education lead for the Debt Collective.

During the Unity Breakfast, the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship and Achievement Award will be presented, recognizing students and individuals in West Virginia for their commitment to human rights, civil rights and social justice.
