WHAT: FallFest, the free concert for West Virginia University students during Welcome Week, will feature performances from Yung Gravy, Shaboozey and COIN.
WHEN: Tuesday (Aug. 20)
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Performances begin at 6 p.m. and are expected to end by 10 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine.
WHERE: Evansdale Fields, next to the Student Rec Center
All attendees will be required to pass through metal detectors before entering the event and the clear bag policy will be enforced. Students must swipe valid WVU student IDs to enter the gates. Student IDs serve as tickets. Each student is permitted one guest age 17 and older. Guests should be prepared to show proof of age.

CREDENTIALS/MEDIA CHECK-IN: Members of the media who would like to take photos and/or video of the artists on stage must submit requests for credentials.

Media check-in will be located at Gate C — Kittie Blakemore Drive, between the Student Rec Center and the Student Health and Education Building.
PARKING: Free parking will be available beginning at 4 p.m. in Short Term Lot ST-9 across from the Art Museum and in Short Term Lot ST-1 off Patteson Drive.
ROAD CLOSURE: Kittle Blakemore Drive will be closed Tuesday (Aug. 20) starting at noon until 12 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 21).
