WHEN and WHERE: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 27), the Mountainlair, Morgantown; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 8, Craig Civic Center, Kingwood.
Flu shots, Hemoglobin A1C tests, free health care screenings, prizes will be available at both events.
The events are part of the Healthy Living Fair series offered by West Virginia University. Healthcare practitioners and professional students from WVU schools of pharmacy, audiology, speech and language pathology, music therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy will be available at various stations to offer screenings and answer health-related questions.
Eligible participants can bill Medicare, Medicaid and PEIA for a $0 co-pay with their flu shot. Individuals without insurance can be vaccinated for $25.
