WHAT: “Suicide Across the Lifespan and the Rural-Urban Continuum,” which will highlight the public health realities of suicide, as well as the mismatch between the enormous societal impact of suicide and our investment in prevention.

An additional event has been added to the 2018-19 line-up since it was originally announced in August.
“Patriotism, Politics and the Playing Field” is now planned for Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. The panel discussion with Bob Costas, Kevin Blackistone and Etan Thomas will focus on the intersection of sports, race and media during a time of intense political division and partisanship. The event is presented by the WVU Reed College of Media.
