What: The 2018 Northeast Agricultural and Biological Engineering Conference brings together scientists and educators dedicated to the advancement of agricultural, food and biological systems engineering.

• Monday, July 16, 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.: Remarks from Dan Robison, Dean, WVU Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design; Joe Hatton, Deputy Commissioner, WV Dept. of Agriculture; and Stephen Searcy, President, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers
• Tuesday, July 17, 8:15 a.m.: Remarks from Jude Liu, NABEC 2018 Chair, and Steve Bonanno, Dean and Director, WVU Extension Service
• Wednesday, July 18, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Technical tours will be held of the Upper Deckers Creek Site 1 dam in Preston County, the Allegheny Wood Products Sawmill Facility in Kingwood and the Appalachian Wood Pellets Facility. Tours will depart from Lakeview Resort and Golf Spa by 8:30 a.m
Who: The event is sponsored by West Virginia University Office of the Provost, WVU Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design and WVU Extension Service.
