WHO: West Virginia University's Collegiate Horsemen's Association
WHAT: Halloween with the Horses will give families and children the opportunity to visit the farm, see horses in costumes, and trick-or-treat in a fun and safe atmosphere. It is free and open to the public.
WHEN: Sunday (Oct. 29), 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
WHERE: J.W. Ruby Research Farm, Reedsville
“Community involvement is very important to our student organization,” said Rachel Parrish, president of the association. “We’re excited to introduce local children to the WVU horses and hope this new trick-or-treating experience will be something they always remember. We are confident they’ll love the horses as much as we do.”
