WHAT: West Virginia University’s LaunchLab Network will
host its first Women’s Pitch Competition to encourage female students to compete
for cash prizes by showcasing their innovative ideas or business models in a
tightly-timed presentation to a panel of judges. The prizes will help further
fund product development and business ventures. The event will be sponsored by
the WVU's
Women's Leadership Council.
WHEN: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday (Oct. 26)
WHERE: WVU LaunchLab, Room 413.,Evansdale Crossing, Morgantown.
