WHAT: West Virginia University has created the Center for the Future of Land-Grant Education, the nation’s first devoted to the study of land-grants.
WHEN: A news conference to announce the Center’s launch will be held Thursday (Sept. 28) from 3:20 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. WVU President Gordon Gee and Nathan Sorber will be among those available for interviews. The panel discussion with higher education experts will immediately follow at 4 p.m.
WHERE: Erickson Alumni Center, Morgantown.
