WHAT: West Virginia University President Gordon Gee will deliver a State of the University address emphasizing WVU’s commitment to economic security, education and healthcare through a continued focus on innovation and research, local business support, talent expansion and alumni outreach. Gee will also update campus initiatives as well as student, faculty and staff achievements.

WHEN: 3:15 p.m., Monday, Sept. 11, 2017

WHERE: Ruby Grand Hall, Erickson Alumni Center, Morgantown. The University community and public are invited to attend or watch a webcast that will be available at http://webcast.wvu.edu/.

There will be media availability in the Erickson Alumni Center Barrett Room following President Gee’s remarks.

Alternate parking will be available should the alumni center lot become full. Ticketing will be suspended for Area 81 and ST8 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
