Why: The Week of Engagement takes place every April during National Volunteer Week and is designed to showcase service and engagement on campus. During the week, students participate in large scale service projects to benefit the community. The Engagement Celebration recognizes individuals and organizations across campus that have shown a strong commitment to service and civic engagement.
WVU alumnus Jason Zuccari, a healthcare and technology entrepreneur, will serve as the Week of Engagement’s keynote speaker on Thursday (April 27) at 1 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre of the Mountainlair.
