A special announcement regarding a leadership gift from Robert and Laura Reynolds will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Feb. 10). The announcement event will take place at West Virginia University’s Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown.
Newly-elected Governor Jim Justice will deliver his first State of the State address today (Feb. 8) as the regular session of the 2017 West Virginia Legislature begins. Several West Virginia University faculty members will be available to offer reaction and expert commentary to the media tonight and in the days following Justice’s speech.
West Virginia is slated to distribute more than 8,000 overdose rescue kits, a project that will be implemented by the West Virginia University Injury Control Research Center.
