This is the next step following the announcement of the preliminary recommendations on Aug. 10.

WVU to strengthen land-grant mission and engagement

WVU names 2023 class of Ruby Fellows

This year's Ruby Scholars Graduate Fellows are Christopher Anderson, Jessica Hovingh, Annalisa Huckaby, Nicole Krahulik and Travis Rawson. Each student will receive a $34,000 stipend, a $2,000 travel grant and tuition waiver to allow them to continue their doctoral-level research at West Virginia University.
