Blakemore Honored

Kittie Blakemore Drive, now located on the Evansdale Campus, is named for the first women’s basketball coach for the Mountaineers.

Several of Blakemore’s former players along with other women’s basketball alumni joined a 50th anniversary celebration Saturday (Feb. 24) at the Coliseum.
