Gee Mail: The WVU graduation bucket list
With the 2016 May Commencement on the horizon, West Virginia University President Gordon Gee wants to know, “What’s on a WVU student’s bucket list before graduation?”
Always a friendly force with the student population, Gee recently roamed the Mountainlair to find out firsthand in this latest “Gee Mail” video.
One of those bucket list items is to take a selfie with the photogenic Mr. President, of course.
But Gee insists that completing bucket list items on campus should not signify an end, but the start of a lifelong relationship with the University.
“Be sure to visit often,” Gee said in a message for the Class of 2016. “You will forever be welcome here, and I want you to come back and see us.
“You helped make this campus a special place and now it is time for you to go out and make the world a special place. This is not a good-bye, but a ‘See you soon.’”
