West Virginia University joined in the public comment on plans to build a new bridge over the Monongahela River, and where it should be located. While supporting the bridge, WVU Vice President of Administration and Finance Narvel told the Morgantown Planning Organization it did not support any plan that would use part of the Core Arboretum.
