To best meet student needs, West Virginia University Student Health Services will begin operating under new hours starting on Sunday (Feb. 1).

Student Health will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. from 4 p.m. It will be closed on Sundays.

Outside of those times, students needing urgent medical care on a walk-in basis are advised to go to WVU Urgent Care in Suncrest Towne Center, which is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. Anyone facing a life-threatening medical emergency is advised to call 911 and seek help as soon as possible at their closest hospital emergency department, which is open 24 hours per day.

Student Health Services is located at the new Health and Education Building across from the Student Rec Center with convenient on-site parking and easy PRT access.
