The Pentawinds Woodwind Quintet, made up of undergraduate students in the West Virginia University School of Music, will present a recital at the Creative Arts Center on Friday (Feb. 22).

The concert will begin at 6 p.m. in Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (200A) and is free and open to the public.

The program will feature: “Trois Pieces Breves” by Jacques Ibert, “Suite” by Charles Lefebvre, and “Variations sur un theme libre” by Eugene Bozza.

The members of the quintet include: flutist Emily Watkins, a sophomore music performance major; oboist Stephen Oswalt, sophomore music education major; clarinetist Cody Dixon, sophomore music performance major; bassoonist Ida Cawley, sophomore music performance major; and hornist Chase Phillips, freshman music education major.
