- BACKGROUND :* PhotoVoice, endorsed by the WVU administration, is one of several safety initiatives launched by SGA . This past fall, Parsons announced thePartners for Safetyprogram, which involves student walking patrols on WVU s Downtown Campus. Other efforts have included a lighting audit of campus.
