Mountaineer fans can catch live radio coverage of West Virginia University mens baseball on WWVU -FM (U92) starting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, for the Niagara doubleheader at Hawley Field.

Mountaineer Baseball on U92 will broadcast a total of 32 games during the 2007 season, including road games against Louisville and Maryland. The station also plans to provide coverage of the Big East Tournament in Brooklyn, New York, if the Mountaineers qualify.

Head coach Greg Van Zant said the baseball program is excited to have the campus radio station on board for another season.

We are thrilled that U92 is putting us on the airwaves again this year,said Van Zant.We have had a really great relationship in the past and look forward to another great season together in 2007.
