West Virginia University alumni and friends are invited to come together on March 20 in support of the seventh WVU Day of Giving, an annual fundraising effort organized by the WVU Foundation.

West Virginia University has released its Fall 2023 Dean’s and President’s lists, as well as the full list of graduates for the fall semester.

The West Virginia University Alumni Association will celebrate recipients of the 2023 Homecoming and Alumni Service Awards during Homecoming Week, Oct. 16-22.

With a $1.3 million Science Education Partnership Award, the Health Sciences and Technology Academy — based at WVU Health Sciences — will implement an outreach project over the next five years to train HSTA students to work with middle schoolers on community-based participatory research.

West Virginia University laid the foundation to become a modern flagship, land-grant, R1 institution as its Board of Governors approved recommendations for 25 academic units during a meeting Friday (Sept. 15).

The West Virginia University Office of the Provost announced the final recommendations on Tuesday (Sept. 5) from the last three appeals hearings held as part of the Academic Transformation program portfolio review process, including those for Resource Economics and Management, Public Administration, and Design and Community Development.
