MEDIA ADVISORY:
State Schools superintendent to visit WVU College of HR&E Monday
WHO: Dr. Steven Paine, West Virginia State Superintendent of Schools
WHAT: Dr. Paine is visiting West Virginia University on Monday (March 19) to meet with students and faculty from the College of Human Resources and Education and Eberly College of Arts and Sciences.
WHEN AND WHERE: 4:30 p.m., 4th floor lobby, Allen Hall, Evansdale Campus.
Dr. Paine will discuss “Twenty-first Century Learning and Leadership,” after serving as an honored guest at a reception hosted by Phi Delta Kappa, the education honorary. The public is invited. The audience is also expected to include public teachers and administrators from the schools that participate in the Benedum Collaborative, WVU’s acclaimed, 5-year, teacher education program.
