Recent WVU graduate Sarah Lovell meets Sen. Robert C. Byrd at last year's State of the University address on Capitol Hill. On Tuesday, Lovell will introduce WVU President David C. Hardesty Jr. when he gives his final State of the University address. Hardesty will retire in September.
