Keep up with WVU Evansdale expansion on the Web, Twitter
May 1st, 2012West Virginia University has embarked on a nearly $160-million construction plan on the Evansdale campus. With at least seven buildings being constructed or renovated over four years, there will be a lot to keep up with for those living and working on or near the campus. To keep you up-to-date on the construction as it happens, WVU is launching a new website, http://construction.wvu.edu/. The site can tell you when and where construction is taking place and will announce any changes in traffic or disruptions in service as they happen. -
"Give it up for good" is the rallying cry of the organizers of the 8th annual Blue & Gold Mine Sale to be held at Milan Puskar Stadium. Students and community members on-campus and off are asked to give up their unwanted household items to the sale to benefit the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties.

Winners named in WVU's annual Ecolympics competition
December 8th, 2011The latest winners in the West Virginia University Environmental Conservation Awareness Now (WE CAN) Ecolympics challenge competition have been announced. Stalnaker Hall (residence division) and the Student Recreation Center (campus building division) are the 2011 champions for the month-long competition. Held annually in October, the Ecolympics is a challenge to buildings to recycle the most material and reduce energy consumption by the highest percentages in one month. -
WVU to host public forums to share plan to redevelop Evansdale campus
