Pittsburgh native Meg Bulger, a 2008 WVU graduate of multidisciplinary studies (three minors -- communication studies, English and sports psychology), is a color analyst with Big East TV and ESPNU. She is covering women's basketball now, and will be providing color commentary on Sunday's ESPNU broadcast of the WVU-Pittsburgh women's basketball game at 4 p.m.
An internationally-known consultant for businesses and leaders and an expert in business ethics and behavioral trends in the workplace has earned West Virginia University's Eberly College Alumni Award.
Journalist Frank Thorp Jr., a former West Virginia University student, was featured Wednesday, Jan. 13 on NBC's TODAY show, CBS's Early Show and in the United Kingdom's Daily Mail after helping his wife out of the wreckage of the earthquake in Port au Prince, Haiti.
