The WVU Symphonic Band, a 45-member ensemble comprised of students who are music majors at West Virginia University, will present a concert at the Creative Arts Center on Tuesday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre.

It will be conducted by Dearl J. Drury, John Hendricks, III, Christopher J. Nichter and graduate students Chelsea Corrao and Stephen Lane.

Works on the program include: “Conzensus” by Jan Van der Roost; “O Magnum Mysterium” by Morten Lauridsen; “S�las An�” by Samuel R. Hazo; “Third Suite” by Robert Jager; “Danzas Cubanas” by Robert Sheldon; “Kirkpatrick Fanfare” by Andrew Boysen, Jr.; “Chorale and Fugue” by J.S. Bach; “Somersault” by Hale Smith and “Rhosymedre” by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
