West Virginia University’s College of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences is recruiting female participants for a home and lifestyle-based project focused on diet, exercise and stress.

Imagery for Diet and Exercise is designed to help participants set exercise and weight management goals, manage food cravings and reduce daily stress. The study involves up to three fitness and survey testing sessions at the WVU Coliseum and five telephone conversations with a trained health educator over five weeks.
