The West Virginia University Graduate String Quartet will present a concert at the Creative Arts Center, Friday, April 25.

The event begins at 8:15 p.m. in the Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (200A) and is free and open to the public.

The quartet features students Diego Gabete, violinist; Kori Hill, violinist; Courtney Grant, violist; and Melanie Green, cellist. They will be joined by Christopher Bowmaster, clarinet.

The program includes: “Quartet in D Minor, Op. posthumous” by Franz Schubert (1797-1828) and “Quintet in B Minor, for Clarinet and Strings, Op. 115” by Johannes Brahms (1833-1897).
