The third finalist for the position of assistant director of the Center for Black Culture & Research at West Virginia University will visit campus on Monday (Feb. 20).

James Jackson, adjunct faculty in the Office of Student Success at Owens Community College, Findlay Campus, will meet with WVU student leaders, the Black Faculty Association and other key members from the administration.

The WVU community will have an opportunity to ask questions to Gipson during an open forum from 2-3 p.m. in the Mountaineer Room of the Mountainlair.

Curtis Proctor, student life skills instructor at Bethune-Cookman University, visited campus on Feb. 8. Maurice Gipson, executive director of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., visited on Feb. 15.
