West Virginia University jazz musicians will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 8, in the Gladys G. Davis Theatre of the Creative Arts Center.

Conducted by Paul Scea, who is music professor and director of jazz studies, and student Pin Xuen Cheng, the concert will feature eight of the WVU jazz program’s many ensembles, including: Rojak, DLQ, LTQ2, Kacang Putih, Tr�s, Latin Jazz Ensemble, Supimpa 2.0 and Little Big Band.

The program includes: Rojak performing “Time Out” by Hiromi Uehara; DLQ with “Funkallero” by Bill Evans and “O Pato” by Neuza Teixeira”; LTQ2 performing “Solsbury Hill” by Peter Gabriel and “Elevation of Love” by E.S.T.; Kacang Putih performing “Summer Rain” by Hiromi Uehara; Tr�s performing “Libertango” by Astor Piazolla and “Blue Spruce” by Bela Fleck; the Latin Jazz Ensemble in “Afro-Blue” by Mongo Santamaria and “Morning” by Claire Fischer; Supimpa 2.0 in “Stratus” by Billy Cobham; and Little Big Band performing “The Gauntlet” by Aaron Lington, “In the Moment” by Bob Myer, and “Inner Urge” by Joe Henderson.
