West Virginia University will show a film on the aftermath of the Spanish Conquest on Thursday (Nov. 18).

“La Otra Conquista,” which stands for “The Other Conquest,” will be shown from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Gluck Theater of the Mountainlair. It is being shown in honor of Native American History Month.

The Brown Bag Lunch Film and Discussion Series, sponsored by WVU’s Office of Student Life-Multicultural Program, is free and open to the public. Pizza will be provided first-come, first-serve.
