The WVU Community Arts Program is continuing to accept registrations for fall classes in music, art, literary arts, media arts, theatre and dance at the Creative Arts Center.

In addition, the program is registering students for classes in the Bruceton Mills area through Sept. 20.

Several of these offerings have filled up in the Morgantown classes, but students still have a chance to get a spot in the Bruceton Mills or Brandonville classes, according to Director Jeanne Frieben.

Classes being offered in Preston County include:

Ballet (ages 4-6), Saturdays, Sept. 25-Oct. 30, 2 p.m., The Mill Stone, Bruceton Mills
Ballet (ages 7-9), Saturdays, Sept. 25-Oct. 30, 2:45 p.m., The Mill Stone
Creative Modern Dance (ages 10-13), Saturdays, Sept. 25-Oct. 30, The Mill Stone
Drawing Fun for Kids! (ages 7-12), Wednesdays, Sept. 22-Oct. 27, 4 p.m., Brandonville Town Hall
Beginning Painting (ages 7-12), Wednesday, Sept. 22-Oct. 27, 5:15 p.m., Brandonville Town Hall
Beginning Painting (ages 13 to adult), Wednesdays, Sept. 22-Oct. 27, 7:45 p.m., Brandonville Town Hall
Classical Drawing Fundamentals (ages 13 to adult), Wednesdays, Sept. 22-Oct. 27, 6:30 p.m., Brandonville Town Hall
Introduction to Digital Photography (ages 13 to adult), Mondays, Sept. 20-Oct. 25, 5:30 p.m., Brandonville Town Hall

Community Arts Program office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Room 401A of the Creative Arts Center.
