West Virginia University Safety and Health Extension Service is offering a two and a half day examination preparation and administration workshop for the Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) designation to be held in Morgantown, W.Va., on Sept. 21-23.

The CSHM is the first and only “Safety Management” designation accredited by the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Board.

The examination preparation workshop consists of lectures, discussion, and practice exams in the following four subject areas: 1) General and Business Management 2) EHS Management Systems 3) Safety, Health, and Environmental Applications and 4) Risk Management Control.

Tuition is $650 a person, and participants who register early by Sept. 7 will receive a discount of $75 off, and WVU alumni who register by Sept. 7 will receive an additional $75 off the early registration price.
