West Virginia University alumnus and “Biggest Loser” participant Jennifer Widder will share her wellness journey and her experiences on reality television with the public March 8 at 7 p.m. at the WVU Health Sciences Center.

Widder’s presentation, which is free and open to the public, is at the Okey Patteson Auditorium. Originally from New Jersey, Widder graduated from WVU in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.

In 2008, she was a contestant on season five of “The Biggest Loser.” She is returning to WVU to motivate and inspire others by discussing her experience with weight loss, “fat camp,” auditions, life at “The Ranch” and life after “The Biggest Loser.”

Compliments of Fitness Information Technology, the first 25 people to attend the event will receive a free copy of the book “Exercising Your Way to Better Mental Health” by Dr. Larry Leith.
