Exploding out of a revitalized San Francisco music scene, Tea Leaf Green’s exhilarating live performances are unforgettable. With a mixture of rock, jam, jazz and psychedelic music, Tea Leaf Green has been compared to bands such as The Grateful Dead and Phish. The group has earned a loyal fan base while appearing at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Wakarusa and The Echo Project. The band has also shared the stage with The Dave Matthews Band, Bob Weir and Bruce Hornsby.

Since its inception in 1998, Tea Leaf Green has released five accomplished albums. The title song “Taught to be Proud” off its 2005 record earned the group a Song of the Year trophy at the 2006 Jammy Awards. Their fifth studio album, Raise the Tent, was released in the summer of 2008 and features eleven new songs with remarkable lyrics and an incredible sound. The songs of Tea Leaf Green are becoming classic staples within the jam band community.
