Richard A. Bajura, director of the National Research Center for Coal and Energy at West Virginia University, is an excellent source for expert commentary on issues being raised this week with the Chinese during President Barack Obama’s state visit. He has special expertise in coal sequestration, which is a significant point of discussion with the Chinese.

Bajura has spent the past 21 years facilitating research programs in energy at West Virginia University.
