Nominations are being sought through July 26 for the West Virginia Business Hall of Fame.
p. Established by West Virginia Universitys College of Business and Economics, the hall recognizes business leaders who have established a record of distinction in their field and industry. Besides joining an elite group, inductees also receive an awardthe Citation for Business Excellence.

Eligible for this honor are business leaders with ties to West Virginia whose business acumen, strength of leadership and contribution to their communities have resulted in a success story worthy of this award. As always, the committee is particularly interested in seeing nominations of qualified women and minorities for consideration.

The 2004 induction ceremony will be Nov. 4.

This will be the fourth Hall of Fame class. Last years inductees were Curtis”Hank”Barnette, Glen H. Hiner, Raymond J. Lane and L. Newton Thomas Jr.

While the nomination deadline for 2004 award is July 26, names will continue to be accepted throughout the year and kept on file for three years.
