The West Virginia University Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling&Counseling Psychology invites WVU students, faculty, staff and the general public to its final graduate colloquia of the spring semester.

Thomas C. Stein, Ed.D., who has maintained a rural collaborative in West Virginia for over 20 years, will present Ethical Issues in Rural Practice from 1-2:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, in Room 332 Percival Hall.

Stein will discuss some of the unique circumstances that confront psychologists practicing in rural areas as well as ethical questions that arise for psychologists involved in collaborative practices in medical settings.

A 1976 graduate of WVU , Stein is secretary of the West Virginia Board of Psychology and holds numerous honors and awards from the West Virginia and American Psychological Associations.
